Refresh Design Studios offers several AI-powered tools, including the First Impression Audit, the Founder Audit, the Brain Dump Session debrief, and Your Permission Slip. Submissions through these tools are processed through Zapier (automation), Anthropic's API (AI processing), and MailerLite (email delivery) — each of which maintains its own privacy practices. Anthropic's privacy policy can be found at anthropic.com/privacy. Your responses are used solely to generate your personalized output and are never used for marketing, profiling, or sold to any third party. Submissions are retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.

The Unmuted tool invites you to share personal and emotional information in order to generate a personalized response. The same data processing practices described above apply to Unmuted submissions.
